At Ceremonia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your clean hair care rituals. If a product isn't the right fit for your hair journey, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging; please ensure that products are at least half full to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
